Cocaine Drinking Game
Cocaine Drinking Game: What to Expect
First and foremost, we would like to make it clear that the Cocaine Drinking Game has absolutely nothing to do with the drug… with that out of the way, Cocaine is a hell of a drinking game!! (Seriously, though). Cocaine is a fast-paced 2v2 drinking game that will probably end with you either loving or hating your partner. It is competitive, wildly fun, and usually involves quite a bit of drinking. With that being said, grab your favorite drinking game partner and get ready to take down a line (of cups)!
What You Need:
- 4 people (2 teams of 2)
- 12 Solo cups
- 2 Ping-pong balls
- Water cup or bowl (optional)

Set it Up:
Each player will grab 3 of the Solo Cups and take them to a corner of the table. Partners should be directly across from one another, spanning the length of one side of the table. Each player will line up 3 Solo Cups near the edge of the table, Bozo buckets style. Each player will then split a full beer between the 3 cups in front of him/her.
Each team will start with 1 ping-pong ball. Either teammate can start with the ball. Whoever starts with the ball will begin as the shooter, and the other partner will begin as the rebounder.
If you would prefer to keep the ball clean (probably a good idea), we recommend placing a water cup or bowl on each end of the table between the two opponents. That way, the ball can quickly be rinsed off between tosses as need be. Again, this is optional—you are free to toss the dirt/germs into your partner’s cups if that’s what you are feeling. You might want to by the time the second game rolls around!
Now that we are set up, it’s time to play!
The players starting as rebounders will count down, and the starting shooters will take their first shots! If player 1 starts shooting, player 2 (his partner) will keep rebounding and throwing the ball directly back to player 1 until player 1 makes a cup. Once player 1 makes a cup, player 2 will remove the ball, chug the beer, and play Flip Cup with the cup (place the cup on the edge of the table and flip it with 1 hand until it lands upside-down). Once this is done, Player 2 becomes the shooter and player 1 becomes the rebounder until player 2 makes a cup. Once player 2 makes a cup, player 1 will remove the ball and cup, chug the beer, and play Flippy Cup with it.
This process repeats until a team has made and flipped all of its cups. Once again, only 1 teammate shoots at the cups at a time! So, if a player shoots out of turn, it does NOT count if they make a cup. This is where you might want to strangle your partner—if he is having an off day and cannot make a cup to save his life, you cannot change the order. You can only shoot once your partner has made a cup.
The order should always go as follows: Player 1 shoots until making his first cup, player 2 drinks and flips the cup. Player 2 shoots until making his first cup. Player 1 drinks and flips the cup. Player 1 shoots until making his second cup, player 2 drinks and flips the cup. Player 2 shoots until making his second cup. Player 1 drinks and flips the cup. Player 1 shoots until making his FINAL cup, player 2 drinks and flips the cup. Player 2 shoots until making the FINAL cup. Player 1 drinks and flips the cup. This team wins!! (Unless Team 2 beat them to it).
There are no re-racks. So, if a player makes the middle cup first, his partner should remove it, leaving 2 “island” cups to be made. Straightening out the cups that remain IS allowed; however, they should not be moved any closer to one another than they would have been at the start of the game.
Again, the first team to make, drink, and flip all cups in the correct order wins the game!! We can almost guarantee a rematch will be demanded with this one; if so, the losing team drinks the remaining beer and we set up all over again!
Try it Out!
That’s all there is to it! The rules are pretty simple; the toughest part is probably remembering to rebound-only when it is your partner’s turn to shoot. Cocaine is an intense and addictive game—we are willing to bet it will quickly become one of your favorites!
